Nuztai's Dexlocke

The Randomizer Button on Nuztai's new Pokédex chooses a random Pokémon from the area that Nuztai is allowed to capture and train as a Battle Pokémon. This limitation is essentially the same as a Dicelocke, utilizing all possible Pokémon that can exist in an area. Once a Pokémon for an area has been chosen, it can't be changed, so it may be quite some time before Nuztai will ever be able to capture the Pokémon selected.
